Motion by Reiss seconded by 14oe that the minttites stand approved
as read.

Motion by Reiss seconded by Moe to adopt the following resolution
Whereas, the Village G6uftr., ,nf the Village of Golden Valley
Henn County, Minn., has received from the Land Commissioner of Henn.
County, a list of land in said Village of Golden Valley, which has
become the absolute property of the State of Minn under the provision
of laws declaring the forfeiture of lands to the State for taxes,
which lands have been classified by the County board of said Henn
County as non conservation and for sale, pursuant to laws of Minn
for 19352 chapter 386, section 1, as amended, which list of land
is designated as list 93-C- January 31,1944 and-
Hhereas this board has made a complete examination of all facts
and circumstances relating to such parcels.
Now therefore, acting pursuant to said section 1 chanter 386 as
amended
Be it resolved, that the Village Council of said Village of Goldimb
Valley approve th a classification of the said County Board o$ said
lands as non conservation and for sale.

A letter from Roy E. Rendahl attorney, asking the Council to take
condemnation preceedings to get a road into the White property
was read by the Clerk.
The chairman siggested that he and the road chairman look over the
Ballis property and report back at the next council meeting.
A petition from the property owners in Auditors Sub Division number
322 opposing the deepening of a ditch was read by the clerk.
'Mr. Moe ,chairman of the license committee recommended that the
liscense held by Schultz Luynch Inc. be transferred to Iver Stanger
Motion by Moe seconded by Reiss that the 312 on sale licsense and the
off sale liquor lisence held by Shultz Luynch ,Inc. be transferred to
Iver Stanger

to Herman Fischer and Ives Stanger

Motion by Reiss seconded by Moe that a 3.2 off sale license be granted
to Iver Stanger

Metion by ;roe seconded by Frands=n to adopt the following resolulition
Be it resolved, that the contract submitted by the suburban
Hennepin County Relief Board of the County of Hennepin for the
administration and supervision of poor releif in the Village
6f Golden Valley be accepted and approved; and
Be it further resolved that the proper officers of said
Village of Golden Valley be directed to execute said contract
in duplicate and when executed to return one of said contracts
to the suburban Hennepin Cpnty Relief Board.

Motion by Reiss seconded by Moe that fire insurance on the Village
Hall be written by W.A. Moes in Pearl Assurance Co. for a term of
3 years at a premium of 4122.03

policy be written by by Hwde .Mutuals to commence March 17,1944
at a estimated net cost of $65.67

comperhensive policy issued by the Hwde Indemity Co be increased
to a limit of $20,000 to $40,000

to return the Paul Enghauser Bonb, relating to the planting of trees
