Motion by Roe seconded by Reiss that Nile Nicholson be eppointid to the Planning Commission in Mike Molen's stead. Motion by Frandsen seconded by Reiss that a notice of Aearing be published in the official Village paper. Mr Paul Enghauser, a member of the planning Commisdion did not recommend changeing the zoning ordenance. Motion by Reiss seconded by Moe that a first reading be given the ordinance entit&dd �--y' AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND S SECTION (a), SECTION 7 OF THE ZONING ORDNANCE OF GOLD I VALLEY RELATING TO SIDE YARD REQUIRMENTS OF BUILDINGS WHOSE PLAITS WERE DRAWN AND ACCEPTED PRIOR TO THE PASSAGE OF THE SAID SO -.GALLED ZONING LAW OF THE VILLAGE -07 GOLDEN VALLET The Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley do ordain as f011ows: Sub --Section (a) of Section 7 of the Zoning Ordinance Of Golden 'Palley is amended to read as follows: SeC. 7 I$1ISTRATION-L(a) If at the time of enactment of this ordinance any building is being constructed, mored, or altered under the authority of a building permit issued by the Village of Golden Valley in a manner or for a purpose which does not conform with the requirements of this ordinance t which is not prohibited by any other existing ordinance of the Village, such use, manner or purpose may be continued, and any Person who has secured a building permit prior to the passage of this ordinance and whose plans then drawn and accepted " and chose plans Provided for an unoccupied space to the side of said &� .;wilding not less than 7 feet from the side line of said lot, may k w*ftplete said building according to such original plan upon a proper lding permit being issued, provided said completion of said lding is made on or before the 1st day of July, 1944."
