Minutes of the regular council meeting held Aug. 1)1944 were read.
Motion by Reiss seconded by Frandsen that the minutes stand approved
as read.

Motion by Reiss seconded by Wilson that a public hearing be hold
Sept. 5s1944 on the rezoing of Zvertte Frandsen's property from
open developemnet to Community 6tore.

Motion by Frandsen seconded by Reiss that the question of housing
the fiiLe truck be tabled until the next meeting.

Mr. Moe introduced a proposed amendment to the zoing ordinance
regarding narking lots.and a first reading was given.

Electric Co for a fire alarm systeme at # 334.31 be accepted.

oresented by Dr. Moore be referred to the Planning Commission. and
that the Clerk be instructed to look up minutes on the acceptance
of the Matt.
