AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE c LOCATION, SIZE, USE AND HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS, THE ARRANGE- MENT OF BUILDINGS ON LOTS AND THE DENSITY OF POPULATION IN THE VILLAGE OF GOLDEN VALLEY, AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOT- ING THE HEALTH, SAFETY, ORDER, Mf7NIENCE, PROSPERITY AND GENERAL WELFARE IN THE SAID VILLA' AND FOR SAID PURPOSE TO DIVIDE THE VILLAGE INTO DISTRIJTS." The Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley do ordain as follows: --- Section 1. That Section 4 of said Zoning Qrdinance of Golden Val- ley, being Ordinance No. 39 of the December 1, 1941, Compilation of Rules of Procedure Ordinances and By -Laws, be amended by inserting before Sub -section (j) the following: (iii). Beginning from the intersection of Winnetka and 6th Ave. No. Roads, 330 ft. East to a. point beginning 425.4 ft. South, 100 ft. East, and 425.4 ft. North, thence 100 ft. Fest, in the Village of Golden Valley, Hennepin County, 'Minnesota. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication. Passed October , 1944.
