Motion by Frandsen seconded by Reiss that the minutes stand approved
as read.

The resignatiOn of Roy Henseler from the Planning Commission was
read by thi Clerk.
Motion byReiss seconded by Frandsen that the resignation be accepted.

Motion by Reiss seconded by Frandsen that the appointment of a new
members to the Planning Commission be tabled,

A petition to rezone the Moser property was presented to the Council
The Village Attorney read an opinion from the Atterney General on
the question of granting a bldg permit for a cement block factory
to Mr Moser.
motion by Reiss seconded by Moe that the petition presidded by Mr.
Moser be referred to the Planning Commission and that a public
hearing on the question of rezoning the following descttbdd property
as set forth in the petition be held on Mar.20,1945 " Beginning
at the intersection of Belt Line Hghwy and Medicine Lake Rd thence
North 60 rods— thence West 40 Rods thence South 60 Rods thence to
point of Beginning In Sec. 28 T-118 R 21 GovT lot 3 " and that the
clerk be instructed to post and publi sh notice of the public hearing

A letter from Mr Does concering Insurance coverage on Village
motorized equipment, was read and placed on file.
In respond to a question of the Village Attorney kr Moes stated that
the Village would be protected Recider covering motorized equipment
of the Village until delivery of the policy.
Motion by Reiss seconded by Frandsen that the insurance matter be
tabled until the next meeting

kotion by Moe seconded by Reiss to approve the Platt of the Blom
property on a tenttive bases subject to final approval and acceptance
by the Council at a latter date.
