03-06-45 Council MinutesMarch 6,1945 The meeting was called to order by the President Geo. E. Hanson Members present Hanson F andsen Reiss Moe and Nilson Minutes of the Council meeting held Febr. 20,1945 -were read. Potion by Reiss seconded by Moe that the minutes stand approved as read. Hanson Frandsen Reiss Moes `Nilson (YES) A letter from the Meadowbrook Student Council thanking the Council for cleaning off stating rinks was read and filed. A letter from the Planning COmmission asking the Council to honor bills -ore°stinted to the extent of $50.00 for miscellaneous items that the planning commission may wish to purchase during the year 1945 was read and filed. k otion by Moe seconded by Frandsen that the Council authorize payment of bills of the Planning Commission in the amount not to excedd $50.00 for the year 1945. Hanson Frandsen Reiss Moe Wilson (YES) 43 Bldg Inspectors, Police, and Treasurers reports were read an d filed 1,otion by Reiss seconded by Frandsen that the proposeal of Yr Foes for Insurance Covering motorized equipemesnt of the Villages be accepted on the f�711.swing bases : Fires, Thief, Tornado, Comprehensive and collision, the latter coverage to be on the following bases Dump Truck $100.00 deductible, Squad Car 450.00 deductible, Old Fires Tr1ck $100.00 deductibles, New Fire Truck 4100.00 dedLuctible and Tractor, Dessiesl and Trailer none. Valuations to be the same as in 1944.
