Persuant to due call and notice the Village Council :net at the
Village Hall at 8. o'clock P.M. on March 26,1945
Members nresent Hanson Frandsen Moe and Wilson
Members absent Reiss Lr Reiss waved notice of the meeting.
Motion by Moe seconded by Frandsen to adopt the following
resolution:
Whereas the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley
desires on its own motion to grade and im-orova the following
described.alleys in said village, all alleys opened and ded—
icated in Block one Delphian Heights) second unit in said Village
as authorized by chanter 382 lairs 1903; now; therefore, be it
resolved by th e Village 06uncil of Golden Valley that it is
deemed necessary and expedient to grade and improve the following
described alleys in said Village)all alleys dul-) dedicated and
onened in block one Delphian Heights, 2nd unt"$_,I,IIx_.Aa,id village
and that on the 17th dly of April 1945 at 8 O'clock p.m. this
Council will meet at the Village hall in said Village and will
at said time and place hear the narties interested therein in
reference to such improvement and will decide whether or not
to undertake such improvements in whole or in part.

license be granted to Mrs Clara Schuller

license be dennied.
Motion by Moe seconded by Frandsen that the Council accent the
recommendation of the license committee) and denie the an-olication
of Martin Larsen.

an-olication of Chester Tomcheck for a off sale liquor license
be dennied.
Motion by Frandsen seconded by Moe that the Council accept the
recommendation of the license committee) and deie the application
of Chester Tomcheck.
