In reponds to 9, question from the chair Clarence Schere stated that he would assume cost of engineerd-,.,xeport on the proposed Delphian Heights seweWrTsystem if the System' is not finally built. A petition signed by C. Hoening Jr. and others consituting more that, 51% in frontage of the real 'oro-oerty abutting on the following streets Byrd) .chair Drive, Valley Viewrive;Yeridian Drive, ZenietLh Ave No, Peter Pan Lane and Parkview Blvd in Delphian Heights 2nd and 3rd units petitioning for an improvement in Delphian Heights 2nd and 3rd units by the construction of a S2Lnitaxy server system and sewage disposal system was read. Pursant to this netition a motion was made by Frandsen and seconded by Moe that the Council adopt the Following resolution: Bb`tt5-tesolved by'the. Village;":wound: I_ of,-,. the Villa­gel.-Jof .-,Golden Valley that the petition signed by C.Hoening Jrr; and others consituting the owners of more that 51% of propetyy abutting on the following streets in Delphain Heights 2nd and 3rd units Bryds kicNair Drive, Valley View Drive, Meridian Drive, Zenieth Ave No. Peter Pan Lane and Parkview Blvd., dated May 17p1945 requesting an improvement in Delpian Heights 2nd and 3rd units said improvement to consist of the construction of a sanitary sewer system- and sewerage desposal system in said streets at alleys of said Delpian Heights 2nd and 3rd units as authorized by chanter 382 laws' of 1925 filed with the clerk Yay 17)1945 is found to be signed by owners of more than 51% of property abutting on the streets narts of streets and alleys named as the location of the proposed improvement; and also That the petition be referred to Hitchcock and Esterbrook and that they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council whether in their opinion the -proposed irrinrovement should beat be made as exnressly petitioned for, or in connection with some other impDovement., end as to the probable cost of the improvement if made as netitioned for, or otherwise": and such other information as may be nertinent.
