Special meeting of the Village Council called by the Village
Clerk on the written request of Trustee Reiss and Frandsen was
called to order by Trustee Moo who procided.
Members -oreseat Moe Frandsen and Reiss.
Members absent Hanson and Wilson both Mr Wilson and Y'r Hanson
waved notice of the meeting.
Motion by Reiss seconded by koe to grant the Golden Valley
Commercial Club an on s&&o non intoxacating malt beer licaLeisoe
for Aug 12;1945 at.a prorated fee of $1.00

Motion by Reiss seconded by Moo to grant the Golden Valley
Commercial Club a soft drink license for Aug 12,1945 at a fee
of $10.00 subject to refund if it is legally possible to pro
rate the annual fee
