Persuant to due call and notice the Village Council met at the
Village Hall at8.30 P.M. on Nov.13,1945
Members present Hanson Frandsen xeiss Moe and Wilson
Motion by Reiss seconded by Frandsen to set the Village levy -at
$27,000.00 to be proportioned as follows-* $13,500;.00 to the General
Fund, $2,000.00 to the Poor Fund, and $11,500.00 to"Che Road and
Bridge Fund, and that the Clerk forward this information to the
County Authorities.

Motion by Reiss seconded by Moe to adopt the following resolution:
WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Golen Valley deems it
expedient to borrow money to aquire a site for a fire station
and to build thereon a fire station,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the following question be
submitted to the voters if Golden Valley at the special election
to be held on the 4th day of December, 1945;
"Shall the Village of Golden Valley incur indebtedness in the
amount of $15,000.00 by the issuance of bonds of the said Village
of Golden Valley for the purpose of acquiring a site for a fire
station and for the further purpose of building thereon a fire
station." ?

A letter from the State Board of Investment in regard to the
Delphian Heights water main bonds was read.
Motion by Moe seconded by Frandsen that the Village attorney be
authorized to pay off $16,800.00 face value of Delphian Heights
Bonds and pay interest in maturity thereon from the remainder of
the $17,000.00 and get check for balance.

Motion -by Reissseconded by Frandsen to grant the N.W.Bell Tel. Co
permission,to lay underground cable in accordance with it's plan
