Persuant to due eall and notice the Village Council met at the
Village Hall at 7 o'clock on Dec. 1.)1945
Members present Hanson Reiss and Wilson
Members absent Frandsen and Moe
The President stated that the purpose of the meeting was to read
the resolution in regard to Bingo Games
Motion by Reiss seconded by Wilson to adopt the following resolution
"Whereas, the Hennepin County Young Peoples Club Inc has given
notice of it's intention to operate a Bingo game within the
corporate limits of the Village of Golden Valley, and
WHEREAS, objections have been raised thereto,
NOWITHEREFOREIBE I T RESOLVED by the Village of Golden Valley
that it objects to the operation of a bingo game by the said
Henn. Co Young Peoples Club Inc within the corpetate limits of
the Village of Golden Valley and ghat the operation thereof shall
forthwith cease) otherwise the matter will be handled in
accordance with the ordinances of the Village of Golden Valley
