Minutes of the Council meeting I held Febr 5,1946 was read.
Motion by Moe seconded by Wilson that the minutes stand approved
as read.

A treasurers report was read and filed.
Motion by 'Filson seconded by Moe to adopt the following resolution
Whereas 0530.63 is needed to defray expenses of grading allays
in Delphian Heights now known as Glenn View Terrace and whiok
expense shall be assessed against benefited property,
Now therefore be it resolved by the Council of the Village of
Golden Valley that the Sum of 0550.00 be taken from the Road &
Bridge fund of the Village and set up as a special assessment fund
and that the cost and expense of grading said allpys be paid
therefrom and thereafterassessedagainst the benefited property
as provided by law.

with the Village assessor,
A letter from Miss E. Johnson was read and filed,
The President refdrred the I Miss Johnson letter to the Village Assessor
Motion by Moe seconded by Frandsen to grant Martin Larson a cigarette
license.

The Village attorney reported on the progress of condemnation
proceedings on the lots in the Belmont Addition.
Motion by Moe seconded by Frands-;n to grant the N.P. Bell Tel Co
permission to erect a pole at the intersection of Byrd Ave and
Terrace Lane
