Motion by Moe seconded by Frandsen that the ordinance relating to temporary dwellings be taken from the table. Motion by Moe seconded by Frandsen that the ordinance relating to tempmrerry dwellings be placed in the table. Swenson Frandsen Moe Wilson (YES) Mr Elstrom presented new figures on the cost of installing a drainage tile at Meadow Lane and Glenwood Ave, fir. Nelson uresented a resolution from the Taxpayers Assn to the Council and"reoemmended it's paasage. Motion by Moe seconded by Frandsen to adopt the following resolution: "Whereas the County Board has heretofore undertaken to equalize tax assessments in Hennepin County and has made in the tax assessmants of Golden Valley and otherercene ruralaareas,randeB Whereas, the County Board did cause a reassessment to be made of the property in the Village of Golden Valley by the State Commission Tax at an expense of $4,000.00 approximately, and Whereas it now appears that the -property in the Village of Golden Valley is now assessed on a standard far above other simul in Hennepin County ar areas Now therefore be it resolved by the Council of the Village of Golden Valley that the Board of Counc#y Commissioners requested be and hereby are to equalize said assessments Petition the State Tax Commissions*oftakewactiondasaisereor quired to accomplish the equalization of tax assessment Of Property Hennepin County and within the State of Minnesota.
