The Ymeeting of the Council was ,called to order by Harold W. ��� z
enson, President. Members present were Swenson, Reiss, Franzen,

Mr. Curtis V. Moe moved that the ordinance heretofore introduced
regulating the electrical installations, etc. be returned to its
author. This motion was seconded by Hans Reiss. The roll call
thereon was as follows:

Mr. Curtis V. Moe introduced an ordinance regulating electrical
installations and providing for penalties for the violation thereof
and moved that said proposed ordinance be given its first reading.
Mr. Reiss seconded this motion and the roll call thereon was as
follows:

The proposed ordinance was given its first reading. Mr. Charles
Franzen moved that the ordinance regulating the electrical install-
ations, etc. be laid on the table. Mr. Moe seconded this motion.
