Motion by Reiss ascended by Frandsen to adopt the following
resolution:
Wrx .' RESOLUTION FOR EET IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution adopted by the Villa #--

Council on August 6, 1946, and published in the Robbinsdale
Post on August 8, 1946, the Village Council has met at the time

and place specified therein and heard all persons interested with
reference to the proposed improvement of 26th Avenue North by
oiling and cindering the same between Zenith and McNair Drive,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council
of the Village of Golden Valley that said improvement di -
se -in said resolution shall be undertaken, the entire expense thereof
to be
paid in the first instance out of the general revenue f
und

�BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the improvement be made by ;
the Village of Robbinsdale and that the Village of Golden Valley
pay to the Village of Robbinsdale one-half (1/2) of the cost
