West Tyrol hills Addition by blacktopping said road from Natchez Avenue to
the East boundary line of Lot Two (2), Block Fourteen (14), Kennedyls 'West
Tyrol Hills Addition, Hennepin County, -Minnesota, as authorized by Chapter 582
of Laws of 19033,
NUff, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Golden Valley that it is deemed necessary and expedient to blacktop
Sunset Ridge from Natchez Avenue to the East boundary line of Lot Two (2),
Block Fourteen (14), Kennedy's West Tyrol Hills Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, and that on the -17th day of September, 1946 at 8:00 of clock p.m*
this Council will meet at the Village Hall in said Village and will at said

time and place hear the Parties interested therein in reference to such im-
t,, and will decide whether or not to undertake such improvement
in whole or in part.

resolution:

WHEREAS, A. Brandhot%rhas by letter offered to
draw the plans and supervise the construction of the fire
station which is generally a part of the original plan of the
fire station heretofore submitted, "at a price of 7 percent
of $12,OOO.00 or the sum of $840.00 and which services shall
Include all drawings and complete supervision of the construction
of said fire station, and �AOO
WHEREAS, the said A. Brandhorst has requested 'stedl'��";

ment for certain plans originally drawn of the complete firexi
station but which are not now to be used$ NOW, THEREFORE, oO
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village
of Golden Valley that the offer of the said A. Brandhorst be
accepted upon condition that the 7 per cent of the $12,000.00
be in full payment for all plans and specifications in }4

made for any plans heretofore drawn in connection with the A
