Vi inutes ofthe meeting of adjourned meeting of Golden Valley
Village Council held at the Village Hall on Nov. 21,1946 at
8:30 Oclock P.M.
Members present Swenson Reiss and Wilson
Members absent Frandsen and Moe
The President announced that the purpose of the meeting was to o nen
basement bids for the proposed fire station
The following bids were received
1. E W landersee & Son in the sum of 14,000.00
2. Herbert Constr. Co in the sum of 115)008.00
3. J.P. Nubuhr in the sum of $20,984.00
The Village attorney recommended that all bids be rejected because
no specifications on the proposed fire station were included with
the plans.
Motion by Wilson seconded by Reiss to reject all bids and that the
clerk be instructed to return all checks.
Owenson neiss Filson (YES)
Minutes of the Council meeting held November 6,1946 were read.
Motion by Reiss seconded by Wilson that the minutes stand annroved
as read.

Motion by Reiss seconded by Wilson to adjourn was so ,ordered.
