Motion by Moe seconded by Wilson that to prepare a notice for hearing on Jan connection in Delphian Heights. Swenson Frandsen I&oe Milson (YES) Bldg inspectors was read and filed. the Village Attorney be authorize 7,1947 for the cost of the water A letter from the Planning Commissimn was read and filed. Motion by Frandsen seconded by Moe that the Council accept the resignation of Hub Nelson as constable. Swenson Fm ndson Igoe Filson (YES) A petition signed by 15 -persons approving the Outdoor -brine In Theatre on Wayzata Blvd and a letter from Ir Wolf and 'ter Gainsley explainkng their proposed theatre was read and referred to the Planning Commsi&nn for their recommendations. Swenson Frandsen Moe Wilson (YES) potion by -Yoe seconded by Frandsen that the ordinance regulating shows circus etc. be taken from the table.
