A special meeting of the Golden Valley Village
Council was held at the Village Hall at 7:30 P.M. on
Friday, February 13, with the following members present:
President Cordne r, Trustees Frandsen, Pinch, Putnam.
On motion by Frandsen seconded by Pinch ,and approved
regular order of business was dispensed with.
The meeting was devoted to consideration of finance
and setting up a budget.. working from comparative depart-
mentalized statements of revenue and expense prepared by
the Treasurer for 1946 and 1947 and anticipating
operations for 1948.
On motion by Frandsen seconded by Putnam the meeting
adjourned.
