01-16-51 City Council MinutesThe Council considered the moting of the Skelly plat, using the requirements as set forth in the January 16 letter from the Planning Commission as a basts for discussion. Nr. Skelly stated he would have the changes"made to meet the requirements of the Planning Commission and that he would contact Mr. Maki in order to make some arrangement for the improvement the dedication of that portion of Yosemite Avenue North from the northern end of Yosemite Avenue lying within Skelly's_plat to Sixth Avenue N. Council discussed the balance of payment due to Gust A. Rola for repair work done on Funds 11 & 12 last summer. Nr. Hinder stated he was checking over Nr. Holm's figures and that he would have the actual costs determined in a day or two. Notion by Reiss seconded by Stark carried authorizing Terzioh to issue check to Nr. Holm subject to his checking and approving Nr. Minder's statement of amount due. Terzioh was instructed to obtain data, prices and a tentative specification for a tractor loader for review at the neat meeting. Terzich advised that Henry Ford had made verbal inquiry on the possibility of obtaining a garbage hauler's license. Notion by Reiss seconded by Pinch carried that Terzich inform Nr. Ford thaythree garbage haulers' licenses were adequate for the present time. Notion by Putnam seconded by Reiss carried to amrove employment of John A. Johnson to keep the fire station clean with payment at a monthly rate of 410.00. The Council reviewed the annual report presented by the Clerk. Notion by Stark seconded by Reiss carried accepting the annual report and authorizing the posting of one copy on the Village Hall bulletin board and the forwarding of one copy to the Public Fxami.ner.
