Pursuant to due e 11 and notice thereof a join meeting
of the Golden Ila 1, y Village Council and the rystal

n said Village on the 16th day of
April, 1953•
Presant were all membe s of the Golden lley Village
Council including the llage Attorney Administrative
Assistant and sanitary ewer engineer . Present were all
members of the Crystal V llage Counc' including the
Crystal Village Attorney ut not Cr stal Village's sanitary
sewer engineers. Mr. Sta of Gol en Valley arrived after
the meeting had begun.
After discussing the proble o joint and separate sewer
systems the Councils adjourn into separate chambbrs to
decide upon the proposition o sharing rin the initial construction
costs of a joint sanitary se e S)Ywv°on a 45% proportion for
Crystal and a 55% proporti fo 'Golden Valley.
The Councils then reconv ed, A 1 present agreed to the
above proposition for e sharin of initial construction
costs, subject to cont' ation at regular meeting of each
council.
Based upon the G.M. rr Engineering ompanyts estimate of
v� 471,000.00 for c nstructing the joi t sanitary sewer
interceptors, Cry tal will pay $ 211, 0,00 as its percentage
share, and Golde Valley will. pay 2 9,000.00 as its
percentage shar
