SPECIAL MEETING
July 13, 1953
Pursuant to call the following members of the Village Council
met at 2200 Glenwood Parkway to discuss the issuance of a
building permit to Sebco, Inc., for construction of a com-
mercial building at 4900 Olson Memorial Highway: Foss, Rahn,
Reiss, and Stark.
Request for Building Permit, Sebco, Inc: Mr. A. F. R. Svensson,
representative of Sebco.,Inc.,, petitioned the Council for a
permit to construct a commercial building at 4900 Olson Memorial
Highway (The White House), and explained the reasons why a
permit had not been secured, although construction of the
basement was under way. MOVED by Reiss seconded by Foss
carried that the plans and specifications for the building
be approved, and that the Building Inspector be instructed to
issue the permit per said plans and specifications.
MOVED by Reiss seconded by Foss carried that the collection
of a double fee be waived due to extenuating circumstances.
Member Rahn voted "NO" on the above motion.
The meeting adjourned by mutual consent.
