VILLAGE COUNCIL
September 8, 1958
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Hennepin County, Minnesota, was
held at the Village Hall in said Village on September 8, 1958, at 7:30
o'clock P. M.
The following members were present: Bies, Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer and
Teresi; and the following was absent: None,
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 7:30 o9clock P. M.
Present were Village Administrator and Clerk, Roger K. Ulstad; Village
Attorney, Stanley D. Kane.
Budget for 1959:
The Administrator explained that the purpose of this meeting was to help
familiarize the Council with the proposed budget for 1959.
There followed a general discussion of the budget, no recommendations or
action were taken. No motions made. Council requested the budget be
placed on the agenda for the September 16, 1958 meeting, for further
consideration and study.
The motion was made and seconded to adjourn the meeting at 11:00 P. M.
