10-28-58 Special MeetingKim SPECIAL MEETING of the VILLAGE COUNCIL October 28, 1958 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Hennepin County, Minnesota, was held at the Village Hall in said Village on October 28, 1958, at 7:30 6*clock P. M. The following members were present: Bies, Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer, and Teresi; and the following was absent: None. Present were Village Attorney, Stanley D. Kane; Village Administrator and Clerk, Roger K. Ulstad; Village Treasurer, C. W. Bryan; Village Engineer, Donald Sorensen; Special Assessment Supervisor, Robert Burns. The Mayor called the meeting to order at 7:35 o'clock P. M. Request for Public Hearing (Olson Memorial Highway and 6th Avenue North) MOVED by Flannagan seconded by Bies carried to call a Public Hearing on the above referenced property to be held November 18, 1958. Re: Brookview Country Club (Superior Golf Club) MOVED by Teresi seconded by Bies carried that the proposed dispostion of the case in writing and on file of the Superior Golf Club vs Village of Golden Valley be accept;':' as preser4 '; the Village Attorney and the officers of the Village be and they hereby are instructed to execute any and all documents necessary to this end and approve the following re- solution: Member Teresi introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: "RESOLUTION AMENDING SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL" The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Bies and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bies, Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Clerk. See Resolutions Book page Y-• In re: Special Assessments Lots 9 10 Busch*s Golden Acres: MOVED by Bies seconded by Teresi carried, be it resolved that certain other special assessments for Northwest Trunk Sewer #3 be set aside and deferred as follows: an Special Meeting of the Village Council, October 28, 1958 Member Bies introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: ,,RESOLUTION AMENDING SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL" The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Teresi and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bies, Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Clerk.
