of the
VILLAGE COUNCIL
April 23, 1959
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Hennepin County, Minnesota, was
held at 780 Sixth Avenue North, in said Village on April 23, 1959, at
8:00 o'clock P. M.
The following members were present: Bies, Flannagan, Nadasdy, and Teresi;
and the following was absent: Scherer.
Presant were Village Clerk and Administrator, Roger K. Ulstad; Village
Attorney, Stanley D. Kane.
The Mayor announced that the Council had before it for consideration the
letter of the certified public accountants who have been auditing the
books of the Village for the year 1958, said letter being dated April 22,
1959. Said letter was read and considered by the Council.
Member Flannagan then introduced the following resolution and MOVED its
adoption:
"RESOLUTION"
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Member Bies and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following members
voted in favor thereof: Bies, Flannagan, Nadasdy, Teresi;
and the following voted against the same None,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by
the Mayor, and his signature attested by the Clerk. See Resolutions Book

Request for Building Permit -Addition, Golden Valley Golf Club:
MOVED by Bies seconded by Teresi carried to approve the request for a
building permit for the Golden Valley Golf Club, subject to the approval
of the Building Inspector.
Request for Building Permit -Addition to St. Margaret Mary Church:
MOVED by Bies seconded by Flannagan carried to approve the request for a
building permit for the St. Margaret Mary Church, subject to the approval
of the Building Inspector.
MOVED by Bies seconded by Teresi to adjourn the meeting.
