of the
VILLAGE COUNCIL
March 22, 1960
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Hennepin County, Minnesota, was
held at 7800 Golden Valley Road in said Village on March 22, 1960, at
5:30 o'clock P. M.
The following members were present: Bies, Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer;
and the following was absent: Teresi.
Present were Village Manager and Clerk, Roger K. Ulstad; Village Attorney,
Stanley D. Kane; Village Engineer, Donald Sorensen.
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 5:30 o'clock P. M.
Awarding of Bids for Storm Sewer (60 -SS -5),:
The Village Manager presented an affidavit of publication in the official
newspaper of announcement of public opening of bids on March 18, 1960;
and awarding of bids March 22, 1960, in accordance with the resolution
of the Village Council adopted February 16, 1960.
The Village Engineer tabulated said bids for the construction of the
Project No. 60 -SS -5.
Member Flannagan introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption:
"RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR PROJECT NO. 60 -SS -5"
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Member Bies and, upon voted being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Bies, Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer;
and the following voted against the same: None,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by
the Mayor, and his signature attested by the Clerk. See Resolutions Book
page 2,1,1 .
MOVED by Scherer seconded by Bies carried to adjourn the meeting at 6:00 P.M.
