SPECIAL MEETING
of the
VILLAGE COUNCIL
April 25, 1961
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of.the Village
Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Hennepin County, Minnesota, was
held at 7800 Golden Valley Road in said Village on April 250 1961, at
7:30 o•clock P. M.
The following members were present: Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer, and
Teresi; and the following was absent; Bies.
Present were Village Manager, Roger K. Ulstad; Village Attorney, Stanley
D. Kane; Village Engineer, Donald Sorensen; Village Treasurer, John Murphy;
President.of the Planning Commission, George Pennock; and Mr. Kenneth Rahn.
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 7:35 o*cicok P. M.
Re: Northeast Trunk Sewer (No. 1):
The Village Manager presented a report entitled Sanitary Sewer #1, -.dated
April 25, 1961, said report was ordered placed on file in the Clerk's
office.
The Council discussed the matter at great length. No action was taken.
Ret Bad Checks:
Several merchants appeared to inquire what they could do to reduce the
N.S.F. and No.Account checks;.it appears that the number of such checks
is increasing. Council discussed the matter but took no action.
MOVED by Scherer seconded by Teresi carried to adjourn the meeting at 11;00 P.M.
