of the
VILLAGE COUNCIL
July 16, 1962
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Hennepin County, Minnesota, was
held at 7800 Golden Valley Road in said Village on July 16, 1962,at 8:00
o'clock P.M.
The following members were present: Bies, Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer,
and Teresi; and the following was absent: None.
Present were Village Manager, Roger K. Ulstad; Village Attorney, Stanley
D. Kane; Village Treasurer, John Murphy.
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 8:00 P.M.
POINT SUPPER CLUB - LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL:
The Village Treasurer and Finance Officer related information pertaining
to the Point Supper Club financial records.
After considerable discussion and numerous questions asked by the Council,
it was apparent that additional records were necessary in order for the
Council to have a clearer understanding of the financial backing of the
Valley Inn, Inc., dba the Point Supper Club.
No action was taken, the matter was continued to the meeting of July 17,
1962.
