PLANNING COMMISSION
March 26, 1963
Council members present: Flannagan, Schaphorst, Scherer, and Teresi:
Planning Commissions members present: Bedwell, Brown, Discher, Hetman,
Lynch, Laughland, Raugland, Senstad, Shinder, Straw, Van Hauer.
The joint meeting of the Council and Planning Commission was called to
order at 8:00 P.M., to discuss the Multiple Dwelling Ordinance and the
use of Institutional zoned land.
MOVED by Flannagan seconded by Scherer carried to refer the Multiple
Dwelling Ordinance to the Planning Commission for study and recommend-
ation with reference to upgrading the construction and examination of
density requirements.
MOVED by Schaphorst seconded by Flannagan carried to call a public hearing
on April 16th regarding Glenwood Hills Hospital original request to re-
zone to Business and Professional Office use.
MUVED by Scherer seconded by Flannagan carried to adjourn the meeting
at 12:00 P.M.
