MINUTES
of the
BOARD CF REVIEW
July 9, 1963
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Village Council of the Village
of Golden Valley met as the Board of Review on July 9, 1963, at 8:00 otclock
P. M.
The following members were present: Flannagan, Schaphorst, Scherer, and
Teresi; and the following were absent: Nadasdy.
Present were Village Manager, Roger K. Ulstad; Village Assessor, Robert
Burns; Village Clerk, Helen Penniman; Assistant Assessor, Robert Pinkerton;
Hennepin County Supervisor of Assessments, Wayne Johnson.
The Acting Mayor called the meeting to order at 8:05 P.M.
The members present agreed to review and sign the books, since there were
no objectors present.
MOVED by Flannagan seconded by Schaphorst to approve and sign the books.
Upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the members were recorded as
voting as f ollows :

The Acting Mayor announced that the motion carried.
MOVED by Flannagan seconded by Schaphorst carried to adjourn the meeting
at 8:20 P.M.
