BOARD OF REVIEW
July 13, 1965
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Village Council of the Village
of Golden Valley, Hennepin County, Minnesota, metas the Board of Review on
July 13, 1965, at 8:00 otclock P. M. in the Village Civic Center, 7800
Golden Valley Road.
The following members were present: Flannagan, Garis, Nadasdy, and Schaphorst;
and the following were absent: Teresi
Present were Village Manager, Roger K. Ulstad; Village Assessor, Robert Burns;
Village Clerk, Helen Penniman. Also present was Wayne Johnson, Supervisor of
Assessments for Hennepin County.
Mr. Kristaps Vidins, 4101 Wayzata Boulevard, stated that his taxes had been
increased $50.00 per year for the four years he has lived there, and questioned
if the taxes would continue to increase.
The Village Assessor reviewed the valuation and the mill rates on this
property during the previous four years.
Council took no action on the matter.
MOVED by Garis seconded by Schaphorst carried to approve and sign the assess-
ment books. Upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the members were record-
ed as voting as follows:

ABSENT
The Acting Mayor announced that the motion carried.
MOVED by Schaphorst seconded by Garis carried to adjourn the meeting at
8:35 P. M.
