of the
VILLAGE COUNCIL
December 13, 1965
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Hennepin County, Minnesota, was
held at 7800 Golden Valley Road in said Village on December 13, 1965, at
7:30 o ' clock A. M.
The following members were present: Flannagan, Garis, Nadasdy, Schaphorst;
and the following was absent: Teresa.
Present were Village Manager, Roger K. Ulstad; Building Inspector, Dan Lynch.
Request for Building Permit - 2305 Louisiana Avenue North, John Wold:
Mr. & Mrs. Wald and Stanley Olson, Builder were present and Council heardrthe
proponents and reasons for immediate building permit, Due to the fact that
they did not have a survey and complete plans the Council considered a footing
permit only.
MOVED by Garis seconded by Flannagan carried to approve the construction of
footings only, subject to complying with the Village requirements and subject
to the approval of the Building Inspector. If the footings are installed in
error the responsibility must be the proponents and the builders.
MOVED by Schaphorst seconded by Flannagan carried to adjourn the meeting at
7:50 A. M."
