SPECIAL MEETING
of the
VILLAGE COUNCIL
June 23, 1967
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Hennepin County, Minnesota, was held
at 7800 Golden Valley Road in said Village on June 23, 1967, at 5:45 P. M.
The following members were present: Bies, Garis, and Teresi; and the following
were absent: Nadasdy, stockman.
Present was Village Manager, Roger K. Ulstad.
Re: Renewal of "On -Sale" Liquor License - Armlar, Inc., dba The Point SuEper Club:
Mr. Larry Hork,Manager, presented his application, bond for $3,000.00 and
check for license fee in the amount of $11,000.00.
MOVED by Bies seconded by Garis carried to approve the renewal of the "On -Sale"
Liquor license for Armlar, Inc., dba The point Supper Club effective July 1,
1967. No. 4384 for Armlar, Inc., dba The Point Supper Club Fee: $4,000.00.

Member Garis introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption:
"RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON CERTAIN
PROPOSED PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS"

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Member Bies, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following members voted
in favor thereof: Bies, Garis, and Teresi; and the following voted against
the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
signed by the Acting Mayor, and his signature attested by the Village Clerk.
