MINUTES
of the
BOARD OF REVIEW
July 12, 1971
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, The Village Council of the Village
of Golden Valley, Hennepin County, Minnesota, met as the Board of Review
on July 12, 1971, at 7:30 P.M. in the Village Civic Center, 7800 Golden Valley
Road.
The following members were present: Teresi, Stockman, Ulstad, and Dr. Hoover;
and the following member was absent: Dr. Paulson.
Present were Village Manager, Barkley G. Omans; Village Assessor, Robert Burns,
Deputy Assessor, James Ingemunson, Hennepin County Assessor, Wayne Johnson,
Village Attorney, Robert Skare and Acting Secretary, Ingrid Woehning.
There were no residents present to request adjustments on their 1971 assessment.
Mr. Wayne Johnson, Hennepin County Assessor, explained the purpose of the
Board of Review.
MOVED by Teresi, seconded by Stockman to approve the 1971 assessment book.
Upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the members voted as follows:
Teresi YES
Stockman YES
The Mayor declared the motion carried.
Ulstad YES
Dr. Hoover YES
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:15 P.M.
