September 24, 1980
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Golden Valley, Hennepin County, Minnesota was held at 7800 Golden Valley
Road in said City on September 24, 1980, 4:30 P.M.
The following members were present: Anderson, Johnson, Mitchell, Stockman, and
Thorsen. Also present was: City Manager, Jeff Sweet,
Manager Update
The City Manager updated the Council on the status of the following items:
South Fork Storm Sewer
2. Bassett Creek Project
3. DeCola Ponds
4. Athletic Fields
5. Cable TV
6. Compensation
7. Agenda Delivery
8. Set Upcoming Meetings
9. Budget
10. Brookview Golf Course Improvements
11. Union Negotiations
12. Personnel Changes
Resolution Accepting Plat of Calvary Square - PUD #26
Member Anderson introduced and read the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION
(Acceptance of Plat of Calvary Square PUD No. 26 -
Planned Unit Development Number 26)
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Stockman
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Anderson,
Johnson, Mitchell, Stockman and Thorsen and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and
her signature attested by the Clerk. See Resolution Book Page
Use Permit for Phase I of PUD #26
MOVED by Stockman, seconded
by
Mitchell and carried
to authorize the Mayor and the
Superintendent of Building
and
Zoning to issue and
sign a PUD Use Permit for Phase
I, PUD #26, subject to all
the
necessary conditions
for said PUD Use Permit and
subject to a Management Plan
as
heretofore filed with
and approved by JUD and
which is to be approved and
accepted
by the City No
later than November 30, 1980.
