A closed session of the Golden Valley City Council was held on Tuesday, August 11,
1981, at 2:35 PM in the Gold Room of the Golden Valley City Hall.
Those present were: Mayor Thorsen, Councilmembers Anderson, Johnson, Stockman, and
Mitchell; City Manager, Jeff Sweet; City Attorney., Robert Skare; City Auditors,
Don Anfinson and Jeff Kruger. No -else was present.
The decision to hold the closed session.was.made at the Regular.Meeting of the
Golden Valley City Council of August 4, 1981,.and is reflected in the minutes of
that meeting.
The sole purpose of the meeting was to discuss.possible legal action based on the
special audit of Brookview. A continuous sound recording was made and is being
retained in the City Manager's custody.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:30 PM.
