A closed session of the Golden Valley City Council was held on February 4, 1992
at 6:00 PM in the City Manager's Conference Room of the Golden Valley City Hall.
Those present were: Mayor, Larry Bakken; Council Members Gloria Johnson, Joan
Russell, Ray Stockman and Dave Thompson. Also present were: Acting City
Manager, Dean Mooney; Assistant to the Manager, Jeanne Andre, Director of
Planning and Development, Mark Grimes and City Attorney, Allen Barnard.
Notice to hold the closed session was sent to each Council Member. The purpose
of the meeting was to consider options for a settlement of a lawsuit with Gregg
Malik. No other subject was discussed.
A continuous sound recording was made of the meeting and is being retained in
the custody of the City Manager. The meeting was adjourned at 6:28 PM.
