SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION MINUTES
1. Call to Order
Mayor Harris called the meeting to order at 5:15 pm.
Present: Mayor Shep Harris, Council Members Larry Fonnest, Maurice Harris, Gillian Rosenquist,
and Kimberly Sanberg
Staff present: City Manager Cruikshank
2. Conduct Annual Performance Evaluation of City Manager Tim Cruikshank
Motion by Rosenquist, Second by Fonnest to go into Closed Session.
Motion carried 5-0.
The Council and City Manager Cruikshank met in closed session to conduct his annual performance
evaluation. This meeting was closed as permitted by Minn. Stat. § 13D.05, subd. 3(a). A summary of the
outcome of this meeting will be provided in the August 17, 2021 City Council meeting agenda materials.
3. Adjournment
Motion by Rosenquist, Second by Fonnest to adjourn the meeting at 6:44 pm.
Motion carried 5-0.
