Call to Order City Attorney, Maria Cisneros, called the meeting to order at 6:05 pm 2. Commissioners created name tents and Equity and Inclusion Manager Zackery led the group in a team building exercise. 3. Approval of Agenda MOTION by Commissioner Crosby to approve the agenda, SECOND by Commissioner Anderson. Approved unanimously. 4. Old Business A. Oath of Office & Guiding Principles. Commissioners Bakken, Anderson and Tanick took the Oath of Office. 5. New Business A. New Commissioner Orientation –Part II December 9, 2021 – 6:30 pm Council Conference Room Golden Valley City Hall 7800 Golden Valley Road City of Golden Valley Planning Commission Special Meeting December 9, 2021 – 6:30 pm 2 Commissioners broke into small groups to review the mission, duties and responsibilities of the Commission. Commissioners shared their reflections and understandings with the group. B. Officer Election MOTION by Commissioner Wold to elect Trey Gladney Chair, SECOND by Commissioner Tanick. Approved unanimously. MOTION by Commissioner Quimby to elect Jessie Smith Vice-Chair, SECOND by Commissioner Tanick. Approved unanimously. C.
