1. Call to Order
Mayor Harris called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm.
Present: Mayor Shep Harris, Council Members Larry Fonnest, Maurice Harris, Gillian Rosenquist,
and Kimberly Sanberg
Staff present: City Manager Cruikshank
2. Conduct Performance Evaluation of City Manager Tim Cruikshank
The Council and City Manager Cruikshank met in closed session to conduct a performance evaluation.
This meeting was closed as permitted by Minn. Stat. § 13D.05, subd. 3(a). A summary of the outcome of
this meeting will be provided in the December 7, 2021 City Council meeting agenda materials.
3. Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 9:16 pm.
